ORDERING TERMS / GENERAL INFORMATION
NEW ACCOUNTS: All opening orders will be credit card or C.O.D. (cash, money order or certified check) unless credit has already been established.
TERMS: Acceptance of your company check or open terms require prior approval via Credit Application Processing.
STANDARD TERMS: All open credit accounts shall receive terms of Net 30. There is a $500.00 minimum order requirement per season. Orders will only be shipped to those accounts where there are no past due invoice amounts outstanding. On those accounts that are past due, a late payment charge equivalent to 1-1/2% per month (18% annual) will be added to the outstanding balance for the time period such amounts are outstanding and unpaid.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: Any changes to preseason orders must be verified in writing 30 days prior to the ship date. Credit terms for any changes of line items resulting in net unit or dollar increases or decreases 5% or greater will be treated as new orders.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT: EquiWear intends to ship first quality
merchandise. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify EquiWear within
5 days of receipt of any mis-shipments or defective merchandise.
Any merchandise thought to be defective should be returned
to EquiWear so a thorough inspection can be made. If merchandise is determined
by us to be defective, we will repair or replace it.
If such repairs or replacements cannot be shipped within
30 days, you may exercise an option to be reissued a credit for the ammount
of unshipped defective merchandise.
All returned goods must be issued a Return Authorization
Number. Any order returned without an authorization number issued by EquiWear
will be refused. Mark the outside of each box with the valid R.A.# and enclose
a copy of the corresponding invoice.
All unclaimed or refused shipments which have been shipped
before the cancell date and returned for any reason other than a real defect,
or any orders that are cancelled up to 30 days prior to the ship date, will
be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the order amount.
SHIPPING F.O.B: Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made by the fastest and least expensive method. First and second day air shipments are also available.
