Warranty Information
Weiss Products, Inc. warrants the quality and workmanship of all of our products. Weiss Products, Inc. will, at it's discretion, repair or replace any product defective in materials or workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase (under normal use). Weiss Products, Inc. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS DAMAGED THROUGH REGULAR USE, and all returned merchandise is subject to inspection and approval before being repaired or replaced.
Warranty Validation
Warranty Registration Cards can be found included with all of our products. These cards must be COMPLETELY filled out and mailed to our corporate offices WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE, and a dated sales receipt MUST be included with the warranty card for your warranty to become valid. When we receive your warranty registration card and dated copy of your sales receipt, your warranty will be valid. We also have our ONLINE REGISTRATION for faster service.
Warranty Returns
All returned goods must be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before being returned to us. Any order returned without a return authorization number will be refused. Your warranty registration card must also be on file with us to obtain a return authorization number. Please call the Office at (916) 259-1899 to get your return authorization number. Postage must be paid by the customer for returns, and the R.A. # must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
